Jeffery Stine is the owner and photographer behind Event Photography of Phoenix. His work centers on a straightforward idea: a photograph should communicate something true about the person or organization it represents, and it should do so with technical precision.

Most of that precision comes down to light. Studio lighting is designed session by session — shaped, measured, and refined for the face in front of the camera rather than applied from a preset. The result is imagery with structure, separation, and a finish that holds up everywhere from a small profile thumbnail to a printed publication.

The second half of the work is direction. Very few people arrive at a session feeling naturally comfortable being photographed, and no one should be expected to. Posture, angle, and expression are guided throughout, which is why clients who dislike having their picture taken frequently leave with a portrait they are genuinely pleased with.

Studio headshots, corporate photography, event coverage, portraits, and video are all handled personally — from the first conversation about how the images will be used, through lighting and direction, to final delivery. Every booking is a working relationship rather than a transaction.
